This Shipping Policy explains how and when Luminéa (ABN 82 473 261 070) delivers orders placed through our online store.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within Australia only. We are unable to accept or deliver orders to addresses outside Australia at this time.
Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on every order, Australia-wide. There are no additional shipping charges applied at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of your order being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
Our products are shipped from our overseas production partner. After dispatch, estimated delivery is typically 10–16 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed; actual delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, remote delivery locations, and peak periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send tracking details to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow a short period after dispatch for tracking information to update as your order enters the delivery network.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not able to redirect an order once it has been dispatched, and we are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Lost, Delayed or Damaged in Transit
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, please contact us at lumineastoreco@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
